A first batch made by hand in Poonch, Jammu and Kashmir. The pecans grow in backyards across the region and have never been farmed for sale until now. Each box holds three 100g jars, one of every flavour, packed with a hand-signed card.
Roasted to order in small batches and sealed in glass, never plastic. No preservatives, no palm oil.
Kashmiri Chilli. Pecans, date syrup, Kashmiri red chilli, rosemary, salt.
Hot Honey. Pecans, honey, date syrup, cayenne, black pepper, lemon.
Winter Spice. Pecans, date syrup, jaggery, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla.

Keep the jars cool, dry and out of direct sunlight. Best within 90 days of the pack date because they are freshly roasted, not shelf-stable for a year. Once opened, reseal and refrigerate.
From the founder
I grew up in Poonch eating these pecans without realising how rare they are in the rest of the country. I left for a design career in the US, and came back to give the nut that grows in our backyards the brand it deserves.
Juniper is made in Poonch, with local women whose energy keeps me going. We process here, we pack here, and the value stays with the people who grew it.
