By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. This site is operated by Juniper Universe, Village Kanuyan, Poonch, Jammu and Kashmir, India.
About our products
Juniper sells small-batch, hand-roasted pecans. Because everything is made by hand in small quantities, colour, size and appearance may vary slightly from the photographs, and stock is limited.
Pricing
Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Orders and reservations
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable), in which case you will be refunded in full. For Batch 01, full payment is taken when you reserve, and is fully refundable any time before your box ships.
Shipping and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy, and cancellations, refunds and damaged items by our Return and Refund policy. Both form part of these terms.
Allergens and food safety
Our products contain tree nuts (pecans) and are packed in a facility that handles tree nuts. Please check the label before eating. Our products are a food, not a medicine, and nothing on this site is intended as medical advice.
Intellectual property
The Juniper name, logo, photography, text and designs on this site belong to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Poonch, Jammu and Kashmir have jurisdiction.
