Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship anywhere in India. We are not shipping internationally yet.

Dispatch and timing

Our pecans are roasted to order in small batches, and we are building this from scratch in Poonch. For our first batch, your box may take a few weeks to reach you after you order. We will email you the moment we have a firm dispatch date, and again when your box is on its way.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free across India on Batch 01. Any future shipping charges will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking within 2 days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at juniperuniversepoonch@gmail.com.

Delays

Once a parcel is handed to our courier partner, delivery timelines are in their hands. We cannot control courier delays, weather disruptions or access to remote PIN codes, but we will always help you track and follow up on a delayed parcel.

Damaged in transit

Our glass jars are packed to travel safely. If your box still arrives damaged, email juniperuniversepoonch@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Return and Refund policy.

Correct address

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of ordering.
