A note on returning food
Because our pecans are a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened or used jars for health and safety reasons. What we can always do is make it right if something arrives wrong, damaged or below standard.
Cancelling a reservation
For Batch 01, you pay in full when you reserve. You can cancel for a 100% refund any time before your box ships, no questions asked. Just email us.
Damaged, spoiled, wrong or missing items
If your box arrives damaged, spoiled, incorrect or with something missing, email juniperuniversepoonch@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

- Tell us what went wrong and attach photos where relevant.
- We will respond within 2 business days with the next step.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Razorpay. Please allow 5 to 7 business days after approval for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Orders already shipped
Once a box has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but the damaged-or-wrong-on-arrival cover above still applies.
